- The Town that was Out of This World: (Superboy, Lana Lang, Ma and Pa Kent / written by Bill Finger) Lana is staying with the Kents again and sees a picture that proves Clark is Superboy. meanwhile, a couple of crooks steal the formula for a metal-eating gas and superboy must keep anyone from leaving town or sending any messages until they are caught. finally, Lana shows Clark the picture of him lifting a piano when he was 10 but he goes into the garage and makes a balloon that looks like a piano throwing it at Lana and saying that was the piano from the picture.
- The Pen-Pal Crimes: (Superboy, Lana / written by William Woolfolk) Clark's class starts writing to pen pals and they are all asking about Superboy so the teacher gets the idea to have all of them send gifts for a celebration of superboy. the first arrives and Clark sees with his x-ray vision that they are all filled with things like broken glass, sticks, and stones. flying to each pen pal he asks about the gifts and finds they did send good gifts but each was stolen en route.
